This magical longbow was once the standard for the legion known as the Crimson Company after the First Sundering, to aid in the quelling of incursions from otherworldly adversaries. Appearing as a dull bow made from cracked, petrified wood, it appears to look like a finely crafted elven longbow to it's wielder.
Once attuned to this weapon, it deals an additional 1d6 force damage on hit. Also, you may cast the Detect Evil and Good spell as a bonus action, extending the range to that of the Ashwood Recurve. If the spell detects a creature, the bow changes it's appearance, and the bonus force damage changes based on the closest creature type.
Fire for Fiends
