This platinum staff is adorned with gold and silver at the top and an orb blessed with pure weave from Mystra, the Lady of Magic. The staff weighs 10 pounds. You must be attuned to the staff to use it.
The staff can be wielded as a quarterstaff. It deals an extra 1d6 force damage.
The wielder gains a +2 to spell attack rolls and spell DC.
Mystra's Favor
At dawn of each day, the wielder may choose an elemental blessing.
- Lunar: The wielder may cast Project Image once per day without expending a spell slot.
- Solar: The wielder may cast Investiture of Flame once per day without expending a spell slot.
- Death: The wielder may cast Circle of Death once per day without expending a spell slot.
- Life: The wielder may cast Sunbeam once per day without expending a spell slot.
Arcane Battery
The wielder may borrow from Mystra's control of the weave and cast a spell up to 8th level without expending a spell slot. This ability may be used once per long rest.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
