Amulet of Cleansing Flame

This amulet has 3 charges, and it regains all expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing the amulet, you can use an action to expend 1 to 3 of its charges to attack one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. Make a ranged attack roll with a +7 to hit. On a hit, for each charge you spend, the target takes 2d10 fire damage and is wreathed in flames for 1 round per charge used taking 1d10 additional fire damage per round. 

Alternatively, you can expend 1 to 3 of the amulet's charges as a bonus action to touch a creature, healing them for 2d4/charge expended + 5 points of health.
