Akuma Shōaku

Gauntlet owned by the legendary rogue Shimura Hirokuro who was nicknamed Akuma (the demon). A once peaceful man turned assassin, on a mission to kill the devil who wore the face of a man whose name was Maō. Before he died, Shimura stored his soul in the gauntlet waiting for the next person to dawn it to fulfill his mission. The gauntlet has sentience and anyone who wears it can communicate with the Shimura/Akuma though due to the longevity he’s spent in the gauntlet has caused the two personalities to split.
