Weapon (scimitar), very rare (requires attunement)

This blue-bladed cutlass is encrusted with barnacles and other sea life. While drawn the blade constantly drips sea-water. This magic weapon has +1 to hit and damage rolls, and grants the ability to cast control water (DC 15) once per day.

Creatures struck by this blade must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) or receive 3d6 poison damage, and be poisoned for 1 minute. Targets repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns.

Creatures attuned to this weapon grow a beard of octopus tentacles over the course of 1d4 days. These tentacles are 5ft long and capable of holding and manipulating objects weighing up to 2lbs, including weapons, and can be used to make a single melee attack as a reaction against a creature that misses you with an attack.

Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
