A simple silver necklace is made from links shaped like dolphins. The pendant is a single ice-blue tear-drop shaped crystal. When submerged in water the pendant glows shedding bright light in a 60ft radius and dim light for another 60ft. This light can be blocked by wrapping the crystal in any opaque material.

While underwater any creature wearing this necklace stabilizes at the start of their turn when at zero hit-points and does not make death-saving throws due to drowning.
