This amulet does nothing on its own, but if you are attuned to Boots of the Portal Walker, it imbues the wearer with wondrous power. When an ally enters and exits a portal you created with Boots of the Portal, you can use your reaction to activate one of this amulet's special abilities:
Arcane Benevolence. A wave of soothing energy washes over the target. Allocate temporary hit points equal to 10 + the target's character level for 60 seconds.
Arcane Luck. A shimmer of fortuitous magic surrounds the target. They gain advantage on a single weapon or spell attack for the duration of their turn.
Arcane Disaster. A surge of arcane energy envelops the target. At the end of their turn, they release an arcane explosion centered on them, dealing 4d6 force damage to all creatures within 5 feet, excluding the target.
