Weapon (warhammer), rare (requires attunement by a Organic body, attuned to over 8 hour period. )

On a Successful hit, the warhammer deals an extra 1d6 psychic damage, and the target will feel slightly queasy. The wielder can now cast Detect Poison and Disease at will as a ritual spell.

While wielding the Warhammer, the wielder feels slightly queasy. Each turn the wielder makes a Constituion Saving throw starting out at one. The save criteria increases by 1 every subsequent turn. On a fail, the user instead spends their turn retching and vomiting, and counts as incapacitated and prone for the turn. They can vomit on creatures, doing 1d4 acid damage. Creatures that were hit by the warhammer that can see the wielder must make a Wisdom Saving throw (dc 14) or also spend the turn retching. After the wielder has vomitted the counter to fail resets back to 1.

Swallowed creatures are expelled from any creature that fails the wisdom save.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
