Aqora the Weaver has acquired the status of legends among the mages of old. Her mastery of the arcane and encyclopedic knowledge of all schools of magic was unequaled in her age. However, even the most powerful archmages have limits, Aqora among them. To circumvent her own arcane limitations, she had an idea: one person is limited, but an assembly of people can pool magical resources to break that mortal threshold. She devised a wand capable of holding the powers mastered by her own apprentices, and thus, like the students learned from their mistress, so did the mistress learn from her students.
The wand is made of brass and wood, and contains seven slots for seven gems. As an action, a gem can be removed or put in one of the slots. If a spellcaster concentrates for one hour with a gem in their hand, they may infuse the gem with a cantrip they know. Infusing a gem with a cantrip replaces any cantrip that had been previously infused in it.
Once attuned to the wand, the wielder may expand 1 charge to cast one of the cantrips infused in the set gems, using their own Spell Save DC or Spell Attack if appropriate. The spellcaster may cast any cantrip infused in the set gems, whether on their spell class list or not.
A non-spellcaster may also attune to the wand. However, if a non-spellcaster attunes to the wand, only three of the gems may retain their held power, the four others immediately losing their infused spells. The wielder uses their Intelligence as their spellcasting ability score, but does not benefit from their proficiency bonus to their Spell Save DC or Spell Attack Rolls.
The wand has 7 charges, and regains 1d6+1 expended charges daily at dawn.
