Wondrous Item, unknown rarity (requires attunement)

Everyone sins, that is the reality of the world we live in. Even for the most passive and peaceful person, sin will always find a way to creep in, no matter how small. While some may see sin as an evil thing, others think of it as something of a source of power. For those who truly commit to sin and have showed great amounts of certain sinful behaviors, this thought can become a reality when they find themselves being bestowed an Aspect of Sin. Aspects of Sins work in strange ways, however, as they are not physical objects to be sought out nor is there any sort of pattern to how it is decided when one will be granted or what makes the decision.

This specific Aspect of Sin is that of the sin of Lust. Whether it be through their many yearning for romantic interactions, a strong urge to kill, or simply someone who is eternally devoted to their god, a lustful soul shall be granted power through their desire.

Aspects of Sin do not occupy an attunement slot, however, they can never be removed after being attuned and each creature can only have 1 Aspect of Sin.

When an Aspect of Sin is granted, the wielder must choose their specialization between martial, casting, or mixed. This decision will grant abilities that suit both their sin and playstyle.

Martial:

Infatuating Aura (1/day):

As a bonus action, you may surround yourself with an alluring aura for 1 minute. Creatures that you choose within 10 feet of you have disadvantage when making attacks on creatures other than yourself.

Electric Attraction (3/day):

When you land a weapon attack or unarmed strike on an undamaged creature, you may deal a number of d4s equal to your proficiency bonus in lightning damage. Otherwise, deal 1d4 lightning damage.

Resistance:

Fire damage

Casting:

Infatuating Aura (1/day):

As a bonus action, you may surround yourself with a charming aura for 1 minute. Creatures within 15 feet of you have disadvantage on saving throws against being charmed by you and will not receive advantage on the saving throw if they are in combat with you (in cases like charm person). Causing harm to a creature charmed by you will make them reroll the saving throw rather than breaking the charm.

Burst of Passion (3/day):

When you hit with a spell that requires you to roll using your spell attack modifier, you may cause chosen creatures within 5ft of the target to take the spell’s damage as well.
