This red ruby set in gold amulet has a strange and mysterious object that has confounded scholars for centuries. When attuned to this amulet the wearer's Charisma goes up to a score of 20 and they become aware of the 8 charges this item has, and that it they can use and action to cast the following spells at a cost of 1 charge, with a DC 16 for Saving throws
- Charm person and suggestion.
At a cost of 2 charges the wearer can use and action to cast these spells;
- Crown of madness, dominate person, or charm monster.
At a cost of 4 charges the wearer can use and action to cast these spells;
- Dominate monster or mass suggestion.
Finally the defining feature of this artifact is its 1 spell which can only be cast once per 100 years at no cost;
Glibness.

Until the spell ends, when you make a Charisma check, you can replace the number you roll with a 15. Additionally, no matter what you say, magic that would determine if you are telling the truth indicates that you are being truthful.
Once this power is used the amulet's other powers cannot be used again until dawn the next day, and additionally if the glibness spell is used successfully the target of the spell will never know that it was manipulated with magic. However if the spell is not successfully used, anyone who is within 10 of the spells target will instantly become aware that magic was used and on who.
While there is very little known about this artifact, it is believed to be from another reality or perhaps the fey realm. Many have died trying to own the amulet and many more have died using it. The list of people who have died while in possession of the Amulet of Golden Words is so high that many scholars are convinced that it has a curse.
