Armor of Fire Extingishing

This sleek, form-fitting suit of armor is adnorned with runes that emit a bluish glow, and offers a +1 armor bonus.

This armor offers the following bonus features:
Resistance to Fire Damage
Once per short rest, as an action, this armor can extinguish all non-magical flames within a 10' radius
Once per long rest, the wearer becomes immune to fire damage for one minute

Additionally, the wearer is always comfortably cool, regardless of the external temperature.

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
