Anti-magic Shackles

These adamantine made manacles have multiple runes inscribed on its surface that faintly glow with a blue hue. A key made of clay accompanies these manacles, which is used to set the passcode before activating the following properties of the manacles:

• Before setting the passcode, the manacles look like any metal manacles, as its runes are barely visible and require a Perception Check DC 13 to identify them. 
• As an action, you can whisper the passcode into the key, which will then turn into dust and merge with the manacles. This can only be done within 30 ft of each other, otherwise speaking a passcode into the key does nothing. 
• After setting the passcode, the manacles become active, glowing with faint energy. When worn by a creature, the creature can't use the Weave or interact with it to cast spells. This is effect is in place for as long as the manacles are worn. 
• When the passcode is spoken, the manacles turn into dust, dispelling any effects on the creature and giving them back the ability to cast spells.
