You can cast Mage Armor without expending a spell slot, and it doesn't require concentration. You can use this ability once per long rest.

You have resistance to force damage while you wear this armor.

The armor is primarily made from a lightweight, magically reinforced mithril, giving it a shimmering, silver-blue hue. The mithril plates are intricately interwoven with fine, dark leather made from the hide of an unknown creature, providing flexibility and durability. Delicate, glowing runes are etched into the mithril plates. These runes pulse faintly with arcane energy, shifting in color from azure to emerald as the armor responds to the wearer’s magical prowess. The runes are written in Elvish and represent protection, agility, and arcane power.

The shoulder plates are sleek and streamlined, designed to offer protection without hindering movement. The chest plate is the most ornate part of the armor, featuring a stylized dragonfly motif at its center, a symbol of the wearer's ties to Arkterus. The dragonfly’s wings spread across the chest, with the intricate pattern of the wings echoing the runes that run along the edges of the plate. The gauntlets are crafted to allow for maximum dexterity, with fingers that are individually articulated and reinforced. The bracers have additional runic engravings and are slightly thicker to provide extra protection to the forearms.

The leg armor consists of segmented plates that offer protection while maintaining mobility. The boots are crafted from the same dark leather as the rest of the armor, with mithril reinforcements. They are lightweight and designed for silent movement, with soles that provide excellent grip and traction.

The runes glow more brightly when the armor’s magical properties are activated, providing a soft, ambient light in dark environments. This glow is not only aesthetically pleasing but also serves to indicate the armor’s readiness for battle. When worn, the armor combines to create an image of elegance and deadly grace. It enhances the wearer’s natural agility and projects an aura of mystical power and refined strength, embodying the essence of a Bladesinger.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
