Amulet of the Storm

While attuned to this amulet you gain the following effects

• You gain Resistance to Thunder damage
• The winds around you causes you to always float 1 foot above the ground. You move like normal however just always floating never touching the ground. This does not prevent fall damage if falling from high distances.
• While wearing and attuned to this amulet you may spend a action to cause the winds around your to be under your control. You gain 60ft of flight speed for 1d4 hours. After the effect end you cannot use it for another 12 hours.
