Wondrous Item, uncommon
A silvery powder that is the manifestation of magic itself. Many inventors have harnessed its unique properties to power machinery, or to create more explosive results.
If ignited by a nonmagical flame, the arcane powder will explode. Every creature in a 5 foot radius must make a dexterity saving throw. On a fail, the target takes 2d4 fire damage, and half on a success. However, if it is ignited by a magical flame instead, both the radius and damage are doubled.
The arcane powder is consumed if it is exploded.
