A powerful ritual mask originating from the Blessed Isles. Following the Ruination, turning the Blessed Isles into the Shadow Isles, the method for creating these masks were lost. Now only a handful remain in all of Runeterra and those that survived Ruination have been cursed with dark magics.
As a bonus action on your turn, expend one charge and target up to 5 (based on your spellcasting ability modifier, minimum of 1) creatures that can see you. Targets must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target becomes vulnerable to the next damaging spell you hit it with.
This item is cursed. Attuning to it curses you until you are targeted by magic to remove a curse. As long as you remain cursed, you cannot discard the mask, which immediately teleports back onto your face if removed from your possession. For 1 minute after you use the mask’s magic, spells cast within 30ft. of you have a 80% chance to surge with wild magic and a separate 20% chance for spells cast to have no effect.
