Ring, legendary
This magic ring does nothing on its own, but if you are attuned to the Blade of the Anomaly, it grants you unfathomable psychic energies. Using your reaction, you can activate its special ability, Crushing Anomaly.
Crushing Anomaly. If a creature failed an Intelligence or Wisdom saving throw during the current round in combat, you can impose vulnerability to psychic damage on that creature until the end of your next turn, causing them to take double psychic damage. This effect ends if the wearer of this ring is knocked unconscious or dies, or if the creature affected by this debilitation is subjected to remove curse, lesser restoration, or similar magic.
