Wondrous Item, uncommon
An arrow of Ilmater is a magical weapon that deals extra necrotic damage on a successful hit.
Upon hitting a creature with this arrow, a creature takes 1d4 Necrotic Damage, and they cannot regain hit points for 1 round.
Once an arrow of Ilmater has dealt its extra damage to a target, it becomes a nonmagical arrow.
