These boots are designed to allow its wearer to momentarily distort time, allowing them to move without consequence. From an outside perspective, it seems like teleportation, but in actuality, the boots freeze time momentarily. These boots are also incredibly unstable, and overuse can cause them to overheat. 

These boots allow the user to instantly move up to their movement speed to any position that they can see. This also means that moving out of a creature's range does not invoke an opportunity attack. This ability is only available once a turn. in addition, they allow the user to dash as a bonus action at the cost of 1d8 fire damage.
