This battleaxe is engraved with the images of stormy seas and lightning. You gain an additional +2 to hit and on damage rolls. It has a thrown range of 20 feet, and a long range of 60 feet. When you critically hit with this weapon, you deal an additional 1d6 lightning damage, and if you critically hit on a ranged attack, the damage is increased to 3d6. This damage is not doubled. Additionally, as a free action, you can summon the axe back to your hand, regardless of how far away it is. If it is lodged in a creature, that creature must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be dragged back to the owner of the weapon.
Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
