An impressive large round shield crafted from polished brass. Across its boss, an etched claret pattern graces the surface, showing the Aeterni crest.
While attuned to this shield, you gain resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage.
Brace. As a bonus action, you can brace against the shield, granting yourself increased defense until the start of your next turn. While braced, you gain a +2 bonus to AC and Dexterity saving throws.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
