This amulet has a ruby in the shape of a heart contained within a gold cage, once attuned it pulses in time with your heartbeat letting out a soft red light when it does.
Healing Heart Beat. You may channel the amulet's power as a bonus action, consuming a charge to regain 2d6 hit points. Alternatively, you can use a bonus action to combine a charge with a spell of 1st level or higher that heals hit points (not adds temporary hit points) for an additional 2d6 hit points. If you are within 5 feet of a creature, you can place your hand on them as an action, consuming a charge and healing them for 2d6 hit points.
Notes: Attuning. While attuning to this item, you must wear it so the ruby is directly above your heart and spend time thinking about your loved ones to attune to this amulet., Jewelry
