Every Familiar has a well of energy that is almost inaccessable when in service to a mortal. A familiar can take many forms that are typically never revealed.
Boon: While attuned this amulet allows a mortal's familiar to tap into a well of energy once per day. Roll a d10, Your familiar changes gaining all properties (excluding alighnment) of the monster attributed to the die roll.

This change lasts for 10min or until your familiar's form drops to 0 hit points, at which point they revert to their original form.
Bane: This is a cursed item. When equipped you cannot remove this amulet without a Remove Curse spell. If this item is equipped and the wearer does not have a familiar summond, they have disadvantage on all INT checks/saving throws. The wearer also takes 4d4 phycic damage at dawn each day until they either summon a familliar or remove the amulet. An Identify spell and Arcana check dc20 are needed to identify this curse.
