This armor was made for an evil kings army this armor absorbs everything even sound and wight itself.

Reduces any kind of damage by half 

Halves the weight of all carried items including itself 

Gives proficiency in stealth if not already and adds another d20 to stealth rolls 

Halves cost of movement speed while walking on difficult terrain, swimming and climbing 

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
