Amulet of Equipping

This seemingly simple pendant hangs upon a fairly thick silver chain.  The amulet itself slowly shifts its appearance to depict a carved s pair of crossed swords, to a war hammer before a shield, a wand upon a spell book, and finally a longbow beneath a quiver of arrows. 

As bonus action the bearer can tap the pendant twice and all equipment worn or carried will instantly be shunted to a pocket dimension, leaving behind only clothing.  The bearer may then as a bonus action or reaction tap a single time and all equipment will instantly return, exactly as it was worn or carried previously.  

Finally, should the wearer wish, the amulet will apply Haste, once every seven days, when returning their belongings.
