Amulet of Sustenance

This amulet resembles a polished silver pendant adorned with intricate engravings of grains and fruits. When worn, it confers the benefits of a standard Amulet of Health, bolstering the wearer's constitution and fortitude. Additionally, it grants the wearer the ability to sustain themselves more efficiently, reducing the need for food and water while providing a safety net against prolonged starvation.

Constitution Boost: While wearing the Amulet of Sustenance, your Constitution score increased to 22

Sustenance: Once per day, as an action, the wearer can activate the amulet's sustenance feature. For the next three days, the wearer can subsist on one-quarter of the normal amount of food and water required for survival. However, if the wearer doesn't eat or drink anything during this time, they suffer a negative effect:

Negative Effect: After the three-day duration, if the wearer has not consumed any food or water, they suffer one level of exhaustion. This exhaustion cannot be removed until the wearer consumes a substantial meal and drinks an adequate amount of water.

Physical Wellness: While under the effects of the amulet's sustenance feature and consuming minimal food and water, the wearer feels invigorated and physically well-nourished, as if they had consumed a hearty meal.
