Arcane Powercharge V.2

The Arcane Powercharge is a set of 4 small crystals, encased in a platinum enclosure and attached to an adamantium chain and clip. The crystals glow in a soft pink hue with swirling blue energy throughout their mass.

Charges

Unless otherwise stated, as an action, you can expend a charge to activate the passive effects of a magic item; these effects end when you next complete a comfortable rest. Furthermore, the Arcane powercharge substitutes the charge system on magic items, reduce charges from this item instead.

This item regains all expended charges at the end of a comfortable rest.

Upgrade

The Arcane Powercharge appears weakened and can be upgraded.
