[Dragonlance] This black, chainmail armor was forged in Kalpethis for a minotaur governor-general in 195 AC. It was given to Ispin as a gift by Hotak de Droka after Ispin rescued Hotak and the members of his crew who survived a Kraken attack off the coast of Karthay.
This armor will only fit properly on medium creatures greater than seven feet in height. It includes gauntlets and a left pauldron embossed with a red clenched fist (Emblem of Sargas). You have a +2 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.
Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
