The hallowed scabbard of Excalibur, the embodiment of the utopia King Arthur seeks.
You can only attune to this scabbard if you are attuned to the Sword of Promised Victory: Excalibur. While you wield both the sword and this scabbard, you gain +2 AC, resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks, are able to ignore Speed Reduction caused by wearing Heavy Armor, and gain Advantage on Dexterity Saving Throws.
If your HP hits 0 while attuned to this scabbard, you can expend 1 charge: Roll 3d12+5; Heal by the total rolled. At the cost of 2 charges, you can cast Blink on yourself, transporting yourself to Avalon, where you take no damage. You can only stay in Avalon for 3 rounds, to where you reappear within 10 feet of where you entered Avalon (must be an unoccupied space).
At dawn, roll 1d4+2: the scabbard regains that many charges.
Notes: Resistance: Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks, Bonus: Armor Class, Ignore: Heavy Armor Speed Reduction, Protection: 0 HP, Advantage: Dexterity Saving Throws, wielder of Excalibur, Healing, Buff, Utility, Combat, Warding, enchantment
