Arcane Typhoon Bomb

An arcane bomb concealing within it  the force of a typhoon. This magic item can be throw to a point  up to 60 feet away as an action or bonus action.Each creature within 10 feet of that point must succeed on a DC Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 Force damage as well as 3D6 Cold damage as the force of an icy typhoon is set upon them throwing them 10 feet and knocking then prone.

The 3 D6 of Force and Cold Damage should be 2 different damage rolls. But a hit target takes both rolls of damage
