Amber Chunk of Teleport

This non-refined chunk of Amber has a 4 inch radius and holds a small eyeball within its center. You can clearly see the eye, which looks like it once belonged to a goat. The Amber Chunk gives the wielder the ability to cast teleport without components. Once the spell is cast, the Amber Chunk becomes foggy and the eye is obscured and the spell is unusable. After 3 days have passed, the Amber Chunk clears and the spell is usable once more.
