An intricately engraved, oval, bronze amulet with a large sea-green gem in the center. If you stare at the gem for long enough, you see occasional motes of light flash and fizzle. If you are wearing this amulet and reduced to 0 hit points, you can instead choose to have the polymorph spell cast upon you as a reaction. When the spell ends, you are reduced to 1 hit point in your true form. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
