Once the treasure of an evil cult, this divine scourge has the ability to freeze itself and anything unfortunate enough to come into contact with the spiky head of such a masterpiece. Not much is known about this dangerous mass of heavy steel, and everything archaeologists know comes from the archives of the cult that worshiped an entity called Sith'Akuno, often described as a warmongering dragon with the ability to shapeshift.
Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
