Once this magical item is found you must attune to it by enduring a raging storm. Only the strong of heart and mind can endure the full storms rage and escape from the eye with a gift from the storm lord himself. During the Storms Rage you must stand and endure a series of trials that will test your mind, body, spirit, endurance, strength, and cunning. You must pass through the eye and out the other side alive to gather his blessing.
As an Action you can heal for 3D8+3 any one person within 15ft of you (to include yourself). When that target is healed the amulet will send out a shock wave, everyone within 10 ft must succeed a strength saving through equal to your spell save DC, failure results in the targets being stunned for one round (until the start of your next turn). The 10 ft area that the lightning emitted from becomes difficult terrain for 1 round as the static in the air becomes thick and palpable.
