A small amulet that appears to be made of clear glass with a black glass symbol suspended in the middle the shape of a curved tear drop or claw. Any who touch it will get an immediate sense of evil or doom.
The amulet of night is a seal to the Night’s prison.
The amulet of night holds an unknown amount of charges and it is unclear whether the charges recharge or deplete. When you spend charges this way it is clear you are pulling on the magic of the Night.
Empower Darkness. As a free action on your turn, when you begin casting a spell you may spend any number of charges in the amulet. If you do, for each charge spent, if there is a spell save DC the DC increases by 1, if it is a spell attack you gain +1 on the attack roll, and if there is any damage dealt you gain an additional damage die and the damage is necrotic damage in addition to its damage types.
Control the Corrupted. As an action you may spend an unknown number of charges to attempt to dominate a creature who is corrupted by the night. The creature will be forced to make a wisdom saving throw with a DC determined on how corrupted they are and the power of the creature.
Choking Vines. As an action you may spend a 3rd level spell slot. (Concentration) If you do you may choose a creature size large or smaller within 20 ft of the ground and within 60 ft of you. The chosen creature must make a STR saving throw equal to 10 plus your wisdom modifier. On a failure they are pulled to the ground, knocked prone, and are incapacitated. At the beginning of the affected creature’s turn they may make the saving throw again, on a success they will break free from the spell and you lose concentration. On a failure you may choose to either entangle or choke. If you choose entangle the DC increases by until the spell ends. If you choose Choke, the creature takes 3D6 bludgeoning damage.
