Armlets of Mordiggian

This set of armlets are made of a dusky gray metal, crossed with bands of red onyx.Embedded around the sides are large spherical cuts of padparadscha sapphires.

As an bonus action, you can activate the armlets, causing the gems to glow with red light. You immediately gain 50 hit points, and your hit point maximum is raised by an equal amount. When you make an attack using Strength, you add double your strength modifier to the damage roll. However, at the start of each of your turns, you take 10 necrotic damage that cannot be reduced by any means. As a bonus action you can deactivate the armlets, immediately taking a level of exhaustion.
