Posted Sep 26, 2021"slight damage" is not an actionable attribute. And 20 percent chance, like with no save or basis for natural resistance due to con save or anything? You did not specify the cold damage vs a spear's natural damage from its blade or point. Probably should specify something like "adds 1dX cold damage"... Is it a free action or a bonus action or a standard action to activate it? What about if you throw it? do you later have to go find an amulet on the ground or do you just have an amulet around your next still? Or is the amulet still around your neck as you employ the spear? Also if its cold to the touch do you have to wear glove to wield it for any period of time? Can fire or magical fire melt it?
This is a novel idea but needs work.
