This Amber Star Shaped amulet glows with a soft inner light and is made from gold with a topaz set in the center.
When you use the dragoon jump ability you may choose to expend a charge to cast fireball at third level when you land with a save DC of 14. this amulet has a maximum of one charge and gains one charge after a short rest.
