A gift given by a nobleman, with connections to members of the Concilium Divinationis, to consummate the engagement between his daughter and her fiancé. Although his future son-in-law showed no affinity for the magical arts, the nobleman assured him it would bring them great fortune, as the band pulsed with the rawest form of the Weave.
While this ring imparts no passive advantages, it bears a magical seal which, once broken, will fill its bearer to the very brim with arcane power -but only once.
By using an action, any creature wearing this ring (with a CHA, WIS, or INT score of 12 or higher) may break its seal, regaining their maximum spell-slots and shattering the band in the process.
Notes: Those touched by the Weave feel a strange but subtle pull towards this artifact, along with its wearer., Consumable, Jewelry
