Wondrous Item, very rare

A red bell-shaped chime emanating a strong evil aura. An inscription is written around it in infernal. When held in the right hand, pronouncing the inscription will make the Abysmal Maw project a stream of hellfire in a 45 feet line in front of it, burning anything in its path. Each creature and item in that area takes 20d6 fire damage. If the fire of the Abysmal Maw reduces a creature to 0 HP, it rips it's soul from its body and sends it in one of the nine circles of Hell.

When a creature uses the Abysmal Maw, a part of their soul burns away. A creature can fire the Abysmal Maw a number of times equal to their Wisdom modifier before firing it compleatly burns their soul away,  killing them and  sending their soul to Hell. This effect does not trigger when using the Deceiver's Grasp power to use the Maw. A creature with no soul cannot use the Abysmal Maw.
