Wondrous Item (arrow), rare
When a creature is hit with an attack using this arrow, that creature enters a rage. This rage lasts for 1 minute, and follows the normal rules for a Barbarian rage, except the affected creature may not choose to end its rage. When the affected creature enters this rage, roll 1d4. The result becomes the creature's rage damage for the duration of the rage.
Once an arrow of fury deals its extra damage to a creature, it becomes a nonmagical arrow.
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of fury meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
