This weapon appears with a vile and sickly tinge of muddy green to the metal. It appears pitted from a distance, however closer inspection reveals it to be small leaves etched into the metal, with the Giant Rune for Rot somewhere along its length.
You can use a bonus action to speak this weapon’s command word, causing the sword to shimmer with a vile pale green tinge along its edge. While the sword is shimmering, it deals an extra 2d6 Necrotic Damage to any target it hits and the target is illuminated until the end of your next turn, shedding bright light in a 5-foot radius. The swords shimmer lasts until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
