Amaranth’s wand/staff

Amaranth’s wand/staff is a wand and a staff that can be instantly transformed between staff form and wand form. Using a bonus action, the wielder can say the command word, “mystic”, and the wand/staff ignite in magic. The magic shed bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10feet. The user can expend a charge and use the wand/staff to cast a spell from there class spell list for a arcana check. The wand/staff has 5 charges between long rests.
