Crafted long ago, by an unknown enchanter, or as many would have you believe; a curse user. These black handwraps are infused with a mix of necrotic and arcane energies that enable the user to manipulate the souls of beings around them and bend the shadows to their will. To any mortal being that has taken a life, these bandages appear as if surrounded by purple and black flames.
Shadowflame Bands (Passive). All melee attacks made by someone wearing these hand wraps deal an extra 1d6 necrotic damage.
Shrouded Step (2/Long Rest). As a bonus action, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
Mind Games (2/Day). As an action, you can fire a shadowflame projectile in a 30-foot line. Each creature in the line must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or have their vision range reduced to 5 feet until the start of your next turn. This effect can penetrate through walls and other barriers. Only creatures that have killed can see the projectile.
Cover of Darkness (1/Day). As an action, you can throw a shadowflame orb to a point you can see within 60 feet, creating a 15-foot radius sphere of darkness. This darkness lasts for up to 10 minutes, blocks all forms of vision (including darkvision), and can be moved up to 30 feet as a bonus action on your subsequent turns. Only creatures that have killed can see the sphere from outside it, though all are blinded once within it.
