Weapon (rapier), artifact (requires attunement by a non-good aligned creature via a bonding ritual)

An ominous rapier, Requiem bleeds an aura of malevolence befitting its matron goddess, Malice. The blade is long and thin, forged from an extremely dark metal that seems to drink in the light around it. Its edges are razor-sharp, perfect for precise and deadly strikes. This weapon is a perfect embodiment of the goddess Malice, a tool of darkness and despair designed to bring pain and suffering to its enemies.

Vestige (Passive). Requiem grants +2 to hit and damage.

Dark Harvest (Passive). The rapier deals an additional 1d4 necrotic damage.

Cruel Intent (Passive). Using Requiem, the Bonded gains an additional d6 necrotic damage to incapacitated enemies and enemies under half health.

Nightmare Surge (5 Charges/Day). Requiem contains 5 charges, which you roll 1d4+1 charges for daily. Expending a charge on a hit causes the target to experience overwhelming terror. On a failed DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, they are stunned until the end of your next turn and take 3d6 psychic damage.
