A staff once used by the lead singer of the Amber Sirens. While attuned to this, can use your bonus action to cause the staff to shrink down or grow into an open hand. While shirked effects of staff can not be used. While you hold it, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and saving throws. The staff has 6 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend the charges to do one of the following effects:
Musical Bless (1 Charge). You sing a soft melody, granting all allies within 60 feet the effects of the bless spell.
Choir of Bane (2 Charges). You sing as if you are commanding a choir, giving a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus within 60 feet the effects of the bane spell.
March of Rage (3 Charges). You sing a grueling marching song, giving all allies within 60 feet a bonus equal to your half proficiency bonus (rounded up) to their damage rolls.
Requiem of Protection (4 Charges). You sing a somber song, giving all allies within 60 feet a bonus equal to your half proficiency bonus (rounded up) to their AC.
You can only have one effect active at a time. The effect ends after 10 minutes or if you fail a Concentration check or are incapacitated.
The staff regains 1d6 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, all allies gain the effects of the spell bane, their AC is reduced by 2 and the effect you cast ends.
