The Automatic Variable Ammunition Saver (or A.V.A.S) Device
This wonder of modern artificery (and necromancy) works to preserve your ammunition by recycling spent ammunition and repairing and re-enchanting it to create new ammunition. By placing 1000 pieces of standard enchanted ammunition into the backpack the mysterious inner workings of the mechanism register the arcane frequencies of the specific enchantment and is able to replicate it flawlessly*! Also carefully contained in this lesser bag of holding is a homunculus. This homunculus, who is perfectly happy inside, is equipped a magnet for collecting bits of scrap metal, a blighted twig that is ever growing for arrow shafts, and undead chicken, and a chunks of various elemental earths. With the only task on its non-sentient mind to recreate the ammunition that was placed inside the bag, it will work endlessly to produce more of the same ammunition. This effectively means an unlimited supply of that ammunition!
