This book, along with anything written on its pages, can’t be damaged by fire or immersion in water. In addition, the book doesn’t deteriorate with age.
It is able to sort, count and divide among a hoard of coins and items by value in coins, when held open near (within 100 feet of) such a hoard. Counts exact amounts of coins and coin values of items, where the amounts are from and when, within one round. How much items can be sold for at the nearest magic shop, or normal shop that buys and trades for the items. Also tracks how much is taken from such a hoard in coin numbers, by what with when and currently where written in miles or kilometers from the location of the hoard counted by this book. The page opened to can be random, with at least two pages being readable for Common writing to appear on such pages.
