Applebottom Gene's "Boots with the Fur"

Everyone will be looking at you with this pair of magic fur lined boots, purchased from Gene of Applebottom. The boots have the ability to force your enemies to drop down low low low low. However, the magic is powerful so use with caution.

Twice Per Day  you may use a Bonus Action to roll a D20 and  "Hit the Floor" by stomping a boot on the ground beneath you. All medium or smaller creatures within 10 feet of you must make a DC 17 Dexterity Saving Throw or be knocked Prone. On a 1 or 2 on the D20  roll however, you must also make a DC 17 Dexterity Saving Throw or be knocked Prone.
